Our Onboarding Process
We follow your onboarding process exactly. No special requests, no shortcuts.
Initial Inquiry
We submit a wholesale account inquiry with full business information through your preferred channel (online form, email, or sales rep contact).
Documentation
We promptly provide all requested documentation — EIN, resale certificate, business registration, or any supplier-specific forms.
Agreement Review
We review and sign all required supplier agreements, including MAP policies, reseller agreements, and terms and conditions.
First Purchase
Upon approval, we place an initial order sized appropriately for our market research and inventory plan.
Documentation & Compliance
We maintain current, organized business documentation and are prepared to provide the following to any supplier during the account application or onboarding process:
State resale certificate confirming our status as a legitimate reseller for tax-exempt purchasing.
Federal tax identification for IRS Form W-9 and related tax documentation.
State business registration documents for Urban Pulse Wholesale LLC.
We will review and sign any supplier MAP policy presented during onboarding.
Authorized reseller agreements reviewed and signed per supplier requirements.
Documentation confirming our active, professional Amazon seller account status.
